These rings are part of a premium aluminum reel system and the client needs hundreds of reels. The other two components are the handle and reel housing. For what purpose I do not no, but the precision tooled reel device is beautiful. All three components will be powder coated in black. Amazing tools are machined at Pawtuckaway Machine LLC,
