At Pawtuckaway Machine LLC., we are often tasked with machining very heavy, large tools or parts, and sometimes very small parts. This week we worked on very heavy plates that could have easily been placed into the CNC machine by two people. Some of these projects take every bit of energy placing and removing. Thankfully the request was for two plates. These were over 50lbs each. At the other end of the spectrum we often run hundreds of parts to fulfill an order. It take a special kind of person to be able to load and unload hundreds of parts over the course of a day. Learning a trade has value, but it takes a certain kind work ethic that’s difficult to find these days. I like keeping busy!
