Because of their shape we call these banjos, and a lot of machining goes into these parts. The banjos are one of a two part assembly. The finished machined tools come together, like a robotic ratchet arm or rocker arm oscillating lever.
I want to thank Ken Gustavson for the “New Hampshire Highland Game” equipment repairs. Not their usual technical tool/part requests, but the throwing implements look great, and fast turn-around. I know these man keep very busy and I appreciate the extra effort, especially over the weekend, friendly and reliable service. The (Royal Banner of Scotland) Lion looks great!
