At Pawtuckaway Machine LLC we work with many materials, each presenting their own unique challenges. Some materials are soft, others are hard, and each has to be tooled accordingly. This particular material is a hard plastic. It seems like a simple project, but plastic can crack or split and special care is required during the machining process of which there are hundreds to complete.
