Back in January of 2018 we had a huge MAZAK INTEGREX 2000 IV delivered. The rigging company did a fantastic job shipping and moving this monster into place Once in place the MAZAK had to be adjusted (calibrated) by a tech, and our machinists are also adjusting to the broader capabilities of the MAZAK INTEGREX 2000 IV.
Last week I took a single photo of some new stock (a box of aluminum discs) delivered to the shop.
The first run of these discs was a lathe process on one side. The process was quick and efficient leaving us all very pleased. Overall the MAZAK INTEGREX 2000 IV is going to provide us with more capabilities. Everyone at Pawtuckaway Machine are very excited.
